Nokia: Apple Violates Our Patents

nokia-iphoneThe phenomenon of the trial between the technology giant is often the case. This time, the iPhone manufacturer Siemens pulled over patent violation accusations.

Listed in the lawsuit that the Finnish handset maker is in the Delaware Court, United States, noted that Apple has violated patents on technology that Nokia allows the iPhone to make calls and connect to the mobile Internet.

Nokia blamed Apple refused to pay for the use of intellectual property rights that have been developed, the technology that allows handsets to connect to 3G, wireless networks, and wireless LAN technologies.

Nokia to Apple’s lawsuit is, of course, the more heat the temperature of the rivalry between the two. Since the Apple iPhone smartphone poured some time ago, Nokia’s position as king of the mobile phone business was in danger.
