Play Mobile, Women and Child hit by train

Danger lead by tweaking the phone while driving has long sounded the stalking-related death. It was as if a proof in this tragic case, in which a woman was killed with his son because their car was hit by a train in North Carolina, United States.

Police investigation found, the victim named Erin Lindsay-Calkin chatting animatedly on the phone just before the accident occurred. That makes the concentration Erin mess and did not notice the warning signs railway would pass. As a result, he was killed along with his son who was only 5 years old.

The investigation officers found all the warning signs are functioning properly. Some evidence, including testimony from the train engineer said Erin was too busy with his cell phone.

This incident makes clear concern, but is expected to reduce the desperation of people driving with cell phone ria. According to Transportation Department data, about 800,000 drivers in the U.S. are still using mobile phones while driving each day.

“This accident made aware. Leave the phone on a chair beside. Do not drive on the road with a cell phone in your ear. It is a disorder,” said one eyewitness.

Actually, in many regions have implemented laws to prohibit drivers using mobile phones. However, some violations still occurring.
